Leading Edge Swiss Athletic Footwear Brand seeks: Product Development Manager located in China

SpringBoost SA, an exciting new high performance athletic footwear brand is seeking a dynamic, international and multi-cultural personality to fill an open position as PDM.

Our leading edge footwear technology is based on the science of biomechanics which results in validated improvements in both performance and training effect (run faster, jump higher).

The brand is being established and enjoying excellent growth with many key retailers in Europe and USA.

Your mission is to develop within the corporate time frame the product from design to final production. You are the link between product marketing (management) and our Asian partners. You have great skills in footwear manufacturing and are constantly striving to develop further novelties.

The PDM is responsible to create or check the specification sheet, to conduct fit and wearing test according company quality standards, their functionality and pricing.

The PDM is confirming the product before any production launch and is as well responsible to organize the sample completion.

Within SpringBoost you are also coordinating the technical package.

This position is reporting directly to our Director of Product Development & Footwear Merchandizing and located in China.
