3 pairs of interchangeable insoles are provided with SpringBoost B-Train:

 

DORSI 1°: GET STARTED

Use it the first couple of weeks of training to get accustomed to dorsiflexion.

 

DORSI 3°: ADD INTENSITY

You’ve used DORSI 1° for a couple of weeks; you’re ready to add some juice to your workout!

You may feel soreness in your muscles and joints. It’s because you are working out more specific muscle fibers at an amplitude that you have never worked before.

If you feel it is too much, simply put DORSI 1° back in your shoes.

 

DORSI 5°: MAXIMUM INTENSITY

You have been using DORSI 1° and 3° for several weeks and feel completely comfortable with them; you’re ready to step up to DORSI 5° for high-intensity workouts and strength training.

DORSI 5° will seriously crank up your workout.

If you feel it is too much, go back to DORSI 3° or 1°.

 

RECOMMENDATIONS:

  • Insoles are interchangeable. Make sure you are only wearing one at the time!
  • Always wear the same degree of dorsiflexion in both shoes.
  • Insoles do not work in non-SpringBoost shoes.
  • Insoles are product specific. In other words, the insoles of your volleyball shoes will not fit in your B-Train!
